    I have had this lower back pain by coccyx for a week now it just came on out of know where. I am taking loads of pain killers but I am miserable that it is taking so long to go away. I am okay walking but sitting or getting up from sitting position kills. I have to lie down on my side that’s the most comfortable position. I am doing the nhs exercises but Still no better. Can you help, need to work and drive. Can drive but not for long changing gear hurts or any sudden movementso. Any idea what this is? ?

      Hi Louise, just seen this. Yes this is something that we can help with. It sounds like the terminus of your nerve has got sensitised. We’ve seen this kind of condition many times. Did you fall onto your coccyx at some point? Or have a sudden increase in stress levels? We can look to correct your biomechanics to take pressure off this area to hopefully get you moving more freely straight away. We have some availability to at 5pm if you could make that.
