Don’t Do Sport? Let Us Help You Too!

We are often asked “I don’t do sports, but can I still come and see you?” The answer is of course yes. In fact some of the people who find our approach most beneficial to their overall quality of life are more inactive in nature.

Some people are put off or intimidated by the Sport in our Sports Therapy title but we’re just as experienced in helping people get over day to day injuries outside of the world of sport.

Ultimately we’re all made of the same stuff and we all have the same muscles and connections. At Swindon Sports Therapy everyone is treated equally regardless of their background. We’re equally happy treating Olympic hopefuls as we are people who watched the Olympics on TV. Our primary goal is simply to improve the quality of your life.

“I am not particularly sporty but I saw Jamie for a bad back caused (I think) by lifting a toddler repeatedly in and out of a car. Jamie literally helped me walk taller by diagnosing the source of the problem, working on it and, best of all, teaching me some techniques to self fix in future. I can’t recommend highly enough.” – DT

We often get asked by people who don’t do sport if they are “allowed” to come and see us as they don’t do sport. The more people we help the better we feel. It’s all about quality of life. Whether that’s helping someone qualify for the Olympics or simply getting out of a chair pain free. We’ll be able to help you.

“Dan and Jamie are a really professional and friendly outfit and have helped me on numerous occasions following an op and following numerous cycling injuries. Their premises are clean, their advice is sound and the services they offer are totally centred around you as a patient. For me it’s their approach to the body as a whole that really works, they’re interested in finding a long term solution and not just fixing the obvious problem.” – JC
